The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, and as such is responsible for assessing and inspecting NUPAS clinics.
All of our Main units are registered with the CQC and have regular inspections to ensure the care we provide is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well led. All NUPAS locations are licensed with the Department of Health and Social Care.
We work in close collaboration with the CQC to ensure our clinics meet the required standards expected of us. We are supportive of the CQC inspection framework, and as well as being inspected by the CQC, we undertake our own mock inspections internally to check our own standards.
